Laundry Fold Only Service Pick Up Time is from 9AM - 11AM and will be returned to you within 24 hours.

Please do not overstuff the bags. Laundry will be measured upon arrival. A $5 fee will be applied for each overstuffed bag received

  3. Daily Fold will contact you to review your order
  4. Daily Fold will assess your laundry and contact you for final payment
  5. Daily Fold will launder, dry, fold, and return your laundry during the specified time

Daily Fold strives to provide high-quality care and we work hard to keep up with those standards. If we lose or damage an article, please notify customer service within 24 hours of the laundry being returned to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for laundry that was never received or laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it is dropped off at your home.

Daily Fold utilize standard size washer and dryers to reduce appliance damages.

Daily Fold will assess your bag size, tag your bag, and separate your bags from others upon arrival.

Daily Fold will use cold water to wash clothes and regular heat for drying.

Yes.  If you determine you do not want your clothes serviced after pickup, Daily Fold charges a $15 Return Service Fee.

We cannot accept any items that have been contaminated with:

•          Bodily fluids from a human or a pet

•          Excessive pet hair

•          Moisture from a damp or wet item

•          Bedbugs or lice

•          Poison ivy or poison oak oils

•          Cooking grease or motor grease

•          Hazardous chemical residue

•          Excessively soiled items with caked-on mud or dirt

Overstuffed Bag Policy

Please be aware The Daily Fold will charge an additional laundry fee or each overstuffed  bag received.
