This Privacy Policy describes how The Daily Fold, Inc., its affiliates, and subsidiaries (“The Daily Fold”, “we” or “us”), handle information that may be collected or provided by us in connection with your use of the The Daily Fold platform (the “Platform”), which includes but may not be limited to The Daily Fold’s websites, mobile applications, and network, now available or developed in the future. The Daily Fold connects individuals or businesses who want certain specified laundry services (“Customers”) with those which are willing to perform certain specified laundry services for Customers (“Washers”). This information may include transactions, activities, user generated content, and any other data obtained as you visit or use the The Daily Fold Platform.

Data Collection
To operate The Daily Fold’s Platform effectively and provide you with information about services that might be of interest, we may collect personal information that you provide to us, that we obtain automatically when you use our Platform, and / or from other sources such as third-party services and organizations as described below. This personal information may include, but is not limited to:
Information Needed for Account Creation:
We may collect information when you create an account, such as:

Transaction Information:
Transaction details related to the use of the Platform are collected. Any payments made via our Platform are processed by third-party payment processors. · how you interact with the Platform

Device Information:
Information about and from your device may be automatically collected. This may include, but is not limited to:
· the hardware model
· the manufacturing company
· operating system and version
· software

· file names and versions
· preferred language
· unique device identifiers

Log Information:
Information from server logs may be collected automatically. This may include, but is not limited to:

Job Applications
We may post job openings and opportunities on our website. If you reply to one of these postings you may be required to submit the following additional categories of personal information:

Data Collected from other Sources:
We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information, which may include personal information.
We and others who use our Platform may collect personal information that you submit or make available through our interactive features (e.g., profiles email systems blogs, applications, job or other posting areas, reviews or ratings, chat or other messaging areas, news groups, message boards, forums, communities, any other message or communication facilities now known or subsequently developed, and social media pages). Any information you provide using the public sharing features of the services will be considered “public,” unless otherwise required by applicable law, and is not subject to the privacy protections referenced herein.
We may collect personal information you provide for any sweepstakes or contests that we offer. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information of sweepstakes and contest winners.
We may collect personal information from individuals when we attend or host conferences, trade shows, and other events. In addition, we may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.
Our services may offer various tools and functionalities that allow you to provide information about your friends through our referral service; third parties may also use these services to upload information about you. Our referral services may also allow you to forward or share certain content with a friend, such as an email inviting your friend to use our services.
Online Tracking/Do Not Track
When using the Platform, we and third-party partners, such as ad networks, may use tracking technologies, such as tracking cookies and pixel tags (“Technologies”), to automatically collect information about your online activities on other websites or in other apps over time. Such information includes how the Platform is used and what devices are used to access the Platform.
· Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed in device browsers that store preferences and facilitate and enhance your experience.
· Pixel Tags/Web Beacons. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded in our services that collects information about engagement on our services. The use of a pixel tag allows us to record, for example, that a user has visited a particular web page or clicked on a particular advertisement. We may also include web beacons in e-mails to understand whether messages have been opened, acted on, or forwarded.

· Operationally Necessary. This includes Technologies that allow you access to our services, applications, and tools that are required to identify irregular website behavior, prevent fraudulent activity, improve security, or allow you to make use of our functionality;

· Analytics. We may use Technologies and other third-party tools to process analytics information on our services. These technologies allow us to process usage data to better understand how our website and web-related services are used, and to continually improve and personalize our services. The Platform may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may reference or link to our Platform. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Providing personal information to third-party websites or applications is at your own risk.
You may be able to change browser, operating system, or app settings to block and/or delete these technologies in accessing the Platform. However, the functionality of the Platform may be affected by these changes.
The Daily Fold provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from the Platform and third-party partners. The option to remove information from the database, not receive future marketing communications, or no longer receive services is available below and as explained in the “Individual’s Rights and Choices” in section 4 below.
· If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and our services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding our services or updates to our Terms or this Privacy Policy).
· You may opt out of receiving text messages from us by following the instructions in the text message you have received from us or by otherwise contacting us. We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You may opt out from receiving these push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device.
· With your consent, we may also collect precise location-based information via our mobile application. You may opt out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.
Certain opt-out services on a browser may be available from personalized advertisements services or other advertising networks who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative or who subscribe to the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising. Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that you can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.
Data Use and Sharing
The Platform may contain links to other websites, online services, or other third-party providers. These sites are responsible for their own privacy practices and terms of service and are not regulated by The Daily Fold. This Privacy Policy applies strictly to information collected by The Daily Fold.
We may use personal information for other purposes that are clearly disclosed to you at the time you provide personal information or with your consent. Your personal information will NOT be provided to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
Your email address, phone number, and other personal information may be used to provide you access to certain functionalities and features of our Platform, help increase operational efficiency, contribute to the improvement of the Platform, develop new products and services or contact you in connection with transactions, services and policy changes, and other activities on or through the Platform. This may include, but is not limited to the following uses:

· important news that could affect your relationship with The Daily Fold
· for identification and authentication, including requests to exercise your rights under this policy
· fraud prevention and detect security incidents, and prosecute those responsible for that activity

· contact you and others to suggest potential customers for your services

· process applications if you apply for a job we post on our Platform
· ensuring internal quality control and safety
· debugging to identify and repair errors with our Platform
· auditing relating to interactions, transactions, and other compliance activities
· sharing information with third parties as needed to provide the services

The Daily Fold may also use information, including personal information, to provide advertising on the Platform as permitted by applicable law. Email, text, and other messages may be sent from The Daily Fold with personalized offers, information about products and services, or to show online advertising on the Platform and on other websites and online services. We may use personal information and other information about you to create de-identified and/or aggregate data collected through the Platform, such as de-identified demographic information, information about the device from which you access our Platform, or other analyses we create. If we create or receive personal data that has been de-identified or aggregated, we will not attempt to reidentify it, except to comply with applicable law.
To manage and run the Platform, including processing transactions and supporting your activities on the Platform, personal information may be shared with vendors, agents, and third-party services who use that information to help us provide our services. They may provide support services such as hosting, email origination, receipt or support services, and your relationship management services.
We may share your personal information with business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested. We may also share your personal information with business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services. We may share your personal information with our company affiliates.
Access to other data collected by the Platform may be allowed in order to enable the delivery of online advertising on the Platform or on other websites and online services, or to send you information that may be useful or relevant. These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other services) for purposes of delivering personalized advertisements to you when you visit digital properties within their networks. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “personalized advertising.”
We may use third-party Application Program Interfaces (“APIs”) and Software Development Kits (“SDKs”) as part of the functionality of our services. For more information about our use of APIs and SDKs, please contact us as set forth in “Contact Us" below.
When a service request is submitted from a Customer, certain information about Customer will be displayed to Washers. This may include, but is not limited to:
· first name
· address
· other contact information
· photograph
· rating
· reviews
The Platform may allow sharing of certain information about you, including personal information, with other sources including through third-party services and organizations. For example, if you access our services through a third-party application, such as an app store, a third-party login service, or a social networking site (such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube), we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made available via your privacy settings. Your personal information is not shared with them unless you direct the Platform to do so. The use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies and terms of service. as described above. We may access, preserve, and disclose collected information, if we believe doing so is required or appropriate. This may include, but is not limited to:
· comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena

We may also disclose information as part of or to assist in setting a dispute among consumers. Consumer information may be sold or transferred as part of certain transactions as permitted by law and/or contract. These transactions include involvement by The Daily Fold in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of Company assets, or transition of service to another supplier. The Daily Fold cannot control how such entities may use, preserve, or disclose such information in these cases.
We may also disclose your personal information with your permission.
Individual’s Privacy Rights and Choices
In accordance with the applicable law, The Daily Fold will provide you with the ability to access and edit personal information. To update personal information, you must sign into the app. You may then view, update, and correct account information. To protect the integrity of sensitive data, there are certain pieces of information, such as your age, that cannot be altered or deleted by the consumer. Please contact Customer Service to find out how to change information not accessible through account login. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws.
Children’s Information
The Daily Fold’s Platform is not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law) and does not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent and believe that your child under the age of 13 has used the Platform and provided personal information through the Platform, please contact Customer Service and we will work to delete that account on the Platform and any personal information collected from them, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child’s account, if applicable.
Security Safeguards
The Daily Fold has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
The Daily Fold takes appropriate steps to ensure that a consumer's information is secure on its system. However, no data on or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. This means The Daily Fold cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure.
By using our Platform or providing personal information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our services. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we will immediately notify you.
Retention of Personal Information
We store the personal information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our services, or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by or provided to The Daily Fold on or after the date of this Policy. The Daily Fold periodically reviews and makes changes to this Policy as Company updates and expands the Platform. When changes are made, an update the Effective Date shown above will be made. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy by continuing to use the Platform after such changes takes effect. If The Daily Fold’s practices change regarding previously collected personal information in a way that would be significantly less restrictive than stated in the version of this Policy in effect at the time the information was collected, reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent to any such uses as may be required by law will be made. However, The Daily Fold will not be liable for any failure to do so. You are encouraged to periodically review this policy.
